We can design, install, commission and maintain a large range of fire alarms in domestic, commercial and other properties including homes of multiple occupancy.
Design - The Fire Alarm system will be designed to all the current regulations and standards. On designing the system, full plans of the building will be used, so that the customer see can where all of the detection and warning devices will be situated.
Installation - Ashford Security will work with the customer to minimise disruption during the installation of the Fire Alarm System. When the system is near completion the system will be fully tested to ensure that all of the detection and warning devices are fully operational, this is the commissioning phase of the installation. After this stage the nominated 'responsible person' will be shown how to use and operate the system.
Fire Alarm System Maintenance
It is a legal requirement to have your fire alarm system maintained at minimum interval of six months. During the maintenance visit the detection zones will be tested, all warning devices will be tested, battery backup systems and the log book will be checked to ensure tests have been carried out and the log book is up to date.
